Mostly here for the "Kick It" shows that are put on here, but every time I'm here the staff are super friendly and nice! Quaint lil place.
We had the steak special (Wednesday's). It was ok, but you can get a much better steak special in almost any other resturant. We also had to wipe off our table as it was not cleaned well. Not a good sign. The service was great though.
Service and menu options have declined over the years. Everything is an "extra charge" No consideration for dietary needs, rarely get the "free refill" of pop. Coffee is lukewarm. Long term customers are not valued. Rude comments heard from the kitchen. SLOW service and wait 45 minutes to receive order. Will look elsewhere after over 20 years of coming here!!
Service was good. Food was tasty. Beer was cold. It's just a little dated.
I would give 5 stars as we usually get awesome service. But the last two times we were there it was bad. Time one: The waitress who I dont know her name wasnt the best server. One night we used a 2 for 1 appy coupon from the coupon book the kids were selling and it is now digital but she was a bit short and didnt know how redeem the digital one they did figure it out but it was her attitude regarding the fact I was using one and then we felt neglected the rest of the night. Time two: this past Saturday for wing night we ordered wings and drinks and she wasnt very attentive. She didnt bring a bowl for the bones I had to ask and she seemed annoyed to bring one and we had always gotten one in the past from other servers. She was again not attentive and rolls her eyes a lot and has a tonnne if attitude. I am not sure if she did not like me or the person I was with but we dont ever want to go back for fear of sitting in her section but the deals and the appys are amazing.
