As far as budget hotels go, this was a good choice for me. It is located close to shopping, parks and Lethbridge's annual Whoop Up days park. The staff all were friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, they had sausage, eggs, pancakes and all the other usual items.
I said here for 9 days, the hotel is in a prime location. The hotel is a basic hotel and you get what you pay for, but the hotel rooms are really comfortable and clean.The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is obviously free and not the healthiest but it's edible. All in all, its a great little hotel, with friendly staff and is nice and clean.
We stayed 4 nights for a sports event. The building looks old from outside but the room is clean and well maintained. It could have been renovated recently. Everything worked well. Breakfast was ok, small varieties, it was fine for the first day but got bored after. Great value for the price over all
The room is clean, so is the lobby and reception. The stairs going up to the second floor had a big spider and web, obviously the cleaning staff use the elevator. The bed was very comfortable, I had a good sleep. I did miss having AC in the room, as the minute you open the window to to cool the room down, all you can here were the cars on the busy street.
The pictures online make it look nicer than it is. We had booked via the air bnb so u think we probably got a crappy room because of it. We were promptly told everything was extra including the Continental breakfast which would be $20 extra. Laughable. The fire prevention sprinkler were gone and a Kleenex was in its place. The mattress felt slightly better than a box spring. The bathroom door couldn't be closed but at least would stay in the mostly closed position. The shower was nice if you don't like water pressure. Oh and there was a mini fridge in the room that was unplugged, but we didn't bother trying to use it as the doors path was blocked by a shelf lip. All in all it wasnt a great experience. The location was great if you want to be next to the all night gentleman's club... The road noise was also kind of lame.
