I found a bug in our room so we got switched in the 10 minutes really nice people working there and the rooms are awesome the pool is nice too
Bugget accommodation option for your southern Alberta city visit. Below average comfort. Really convenient location. Some upkeep could make this place much better choice for anyone looking at staying in downtown Lethbridge. Breakfast is free but nothing much to choose from so treat yourself to non-hotel options right across the street.
It was a decent hotel. The pool needs to be redone and the hotel needs some renos. There maid service was not good. The pool NEVER had towels and neither did our rooms.
While the hotel is clean and staff is friendly it is outdated and the rooms are quite small. When I arrived my room had the air conditioning off so the room was exceptionally hot and I had no microwave. Pillows are small square throw pillow type and offer no support. Location is good and near to restaurants and places I needed to go. Ample parking was a plus.
The walls don't do much to stop sound and the hot tub was closed while I was there, otherwise it's quite nice.
