pretty basic accommodations. bed was hard. but breakfast was awesome
Needed a better cleaning. Like behind the beds and under etc. Beds were ok. Pillows are way to soft for me. Close to Henderson park. Very cheap. So prove was good.
Soft beds but the breakfast area could use some temperature control and the tv on. Evening staff was very pleasant when we checked in
We booked online and ended up with a smoking room. They did changed our room. (Not a big deal.) The second room, my kids found garbage in their beds. So we got another room. It had a smell, stains on the carpet, the shower was not clean and the toilet had about an inch of mildew under the ring. At that point we where to tired to try another or change hotels. I do not recommend this hotel.
Reception was Rude! and wouldn't lissen to anything I had to say. Room was suppose to be $66 through expidia. instead they charged me $90.93. I asked about it and she basically refused to help or deal with the situation then ignored me. Will be the last time I ever spend monye at this hotel. As I've stayed here in the past. I could have stayed in a suite for $20 more at any different hotel. Worst experience ever!! Then just to top it off there where dead bed bugs throughg the closet and bed frame. I took pictures of it all
