Great Hotel, the kids love the waterslide and the wave pool. Very clean room and nice beds. Nothing negative to say, just wish we were able to stay longer
Great location, very easy to find. Water park was amazing. Suite was very spacious and fit my family of 5 comfortably.
It was a clean, courteous and fun stay at the hotel. I think we perhaps just had a bit of bad timing in that the TV provider was having issues which cut out TV for a bit (not a big deal, but nice to have nonetheless) and the restaurant was not open. The pool/mariners cove was fun for kids and hubby, though my two year old cut his toe on a sharp tile in the kiddie pool area(there were a few) and there is a patch of rough surface in big pool. Also, a couple of non-hotel guests showed up, also not generally an issue, but they were sketchy (in and out of pool area multiple times, numerous open abrasions on skin and totally making out in the hot tub when there were a number of families around). Lifeguards kept watch and were aware but as teens, obviously they felt uncomfortable. Went down to pool one morning and it wasnt cleaned up at all - used towels on tables and chairs, empty chip bag on floor and chairs a bit haphazard. Otherwise, pool was nice and warm, never too busy, and despite the snags, kids and hubby had fun. Hotel was clean, room was clean and staff incredibly friendly and kind (saw a staff member at Whoop Up Days and she took time to say hi and have a chat about our time in Lethbridge).
Good hotel. My daughter loved the pool but the slides need more water pressure as every one of us got stuck in the green slide. There were stains on the duvet when we got into our room but once we told the front desk they sent someone up to exchange it with a new one.
Very nice hotel. Pool was a lot of fun. Our room smelled stale or moldy, but other than that was nice.
