Nice location. Pool and slide were a hit with both our son and myself. Great staff. Breakfast was about what you would expect. Room was clean and just what we needed after a long day on the road.
I had stayed a night at the holiday inn express here in lethbridge and was very disappointed in the treatment that i had received when i had gone down to enjoy my free breakfast. you'd think after providing the business with your gratitude and hard earned money, to at least be treated like a guest or every other human being that morning. with a simple hello and good morning, but instead be harassed about proving to be a guest. i found it very degrading and humiliating that my brother and i were the only two to be questioned and hassled about being guests. we are of first nations decent and found it a bit racist to be treated the way we were. i would have forgiven and not have write this review if a simple apology was given. instead i sadly and poorly rate the stay here disrespectful and unprofessional, all thanks to Kayli.
Very clean, beds are amazing and pool its lovely, my only suggestion will be a little more training on front desk personnel, I ask please to see if there was a playpen available for my baby, no finished my sentence yet when the front desk girl say NO! Don't even bother to check for sure, other than that was a great stay, I would recommend this place for sure.
Place was clean. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were good. However, I find all the places that maintain the policy of 1: 1 American $ to CAD only sing that tune when the American $ is worth more.
An awesome place to bring the kids or just your special somebody. Weather it's a night or a weekend it's a great place to go. Swimming pool and cool slide for the kids and new comfortable beds for the adults the Holiday Inn Express is perfect.
