One of the best parks in town. Grass has not fully grown in yet as the park just opened last month. However there is so much to do!
Pretty nice park and will only get better once the ponds are filled and the grass is established.
Awesome place to take the kids. A skate park for me and a couple parks for the kids.
Really nice huge 70 are park. Beautiful pond with accessible dock. The parking is adequate and also accessible. There are accessible walking, wheeling paths to every feature. Tennis courts, skate park, playground, and work out area are all brand new state of art equipment. There are many excersise machines which are all free to use. There are even step platforms for less intense stretching and balance needs. This will be a fantastic place to do yoga as well ! With adjustable weight features any age or physical activity level will benefit from a visit. If your goal is to get children active you will appreciate the open space to run, use a bike, board, blade, scooter, trike, wheelchair, or blades.The paths are wide, clear, with good visibility. The park is very large so they enjoy new scenery and don't get bored with it. The seating arrangement is great with benches at advantageous areas along the paths and a really nice gazebo to watch sunsets. There are tables as well for a super place to picnic or to enjoy takeout. The city is doing an excellent job of keeping it clean and I really enjoyed seeing the many different trees and flora they has used. It will be awesome once it all grows in fully. There are ripe crabapples there now, very pretty. We enjoyed our afternoon here and my little guy is already asking to return ! He loved it also and remembers having a fantastic day there.
