Nice hike! Good for cardio!
Its a tough walk up and down those stairs but this section of the river bottom is lush and cool on a hot day. Great trails, well maintained, with plenty of wildlife and flora to appreciate.
Nice view. A nice place to go for a walk, run or bring a pet for a walk.
Love this place. Lots of native wildflowers (if you know where to look, and what you're looking for), and wildlife. Sadly, the people ignore signage indicating no bikes, and walking trails that have been available for decades are now transitioning to muddy bike ruts. No place is safe from the tires and the previously pristine areas have been turned into mud pits. Still a beautiful place to go.
Fabulous little hike with some hill climbing (if you want) to get in some cardio.
