No one does any thing for free right? Wrong. I was having a common problem with my G5. It wasn't turning on and giving an odd message about replacing the module. I took it to Lance at the West Side location. He opened up the phone, cleaned some of connection ports and put it back together. It still didn't turn on but he discovered the power button was malfunctioning. He knew a back door way to power it up and it's working perfectly again. Lance charged me nothing for his great service. Don't hesitate to take your wireless device to Lance

Got my phone screen replaced a few months ago from here, now my screen freezes multiple times a day, to the point where I have to turn it off and on a couple times for it to unfreeze. Wasnt cheap to get it replaced either, not happy.
Was just about to buy a new phone as mine stopped charging, but first thought I'd see if they could fix it. Was greeted promptly at the door and was told to hold on one minute while he took my phone to the back and worked on it. About three to four minutes later he came back and said it was all fixed! What great service I will be back for sure. Saved me a lot of money!
One of the worst customer experiences ever thanks to their General Manager Richard Lynnes. At 2:00pm yesterday I popped into the store to purchase a Baseus Magnetic Car Mount. I bought it for 24.95 I took the product out of the package in the store bonded the magnet to the back of my phone then went to my car to attach the swivel side. I cleaned the surface where I wanted it and used the adhesive after it was dry to bond it to my dashboard, I left it for a few minutes and attached my phone but the whole unit just fell off. So I tried a different place but same thing, I then took the extra adhesive provided in the package and tried to use that too but every time I attached my phone to it, it would just fall off. After 10 minutes of no success I brought the product back in and showed the employee on the side of his clean counter the product just wouldnt stick it wasnt strong enough. I said I would try another one but if it didnt work either I would expect a refund. He phones his manager Richard Lynnes who informed him of my options. This is where everyone needs to read. My options were I could buy another one at 50 percent off or I could return that one with a 15 percent restocking fee. Keep in mind I have only owned this product for 15 minutes. He claimed the product was not defective. It was a product meant to stick to something while being able to carry the weight of a phone but it wouldnt bond and do what it was designed for. That is the definition of defective. I spoke with him on the phone and he said they sell 100s of these and they all work, I remarked with I wouldnt be the first person in history to get 1 in 100 that was a lemon, sometimes it just happens. He said he was willing use some tape to adhere the product or even take a sticky out of one of the other packages, I said I would be willing to do this but if it didnt work I would want a full refund. He still would not agree. I finally decided I had wasted to much of my time on this and wanted to go I had better things to do I got 85 percent of my purchase back and it cost me $3.70 to try a product from their store that didnt work. Needless to say I will never shop there nor will I ever recommend this store to any of my friends and to the poor staff member who has only work their for 2 weeks I hope he learns that $3.70 isnt worth this negative review when the store was clearly in the wrong. His manager put him in a crappy position over the phone.
