I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff, their friendliness and expert care. Procedures are carefully explained before and during the procedure and they update you on what they are doing, warning you of anything you might find alarming. Follow up is excellent. Love this place so much, they are so nice and helpful all the time. I'm like most people who fear the dentist and they make sure you feel comfortable with everything before going forward. My daughter is excited to come for her appointments which I'm so greatful for there is nothing worse then fighting with a kid to go to the dentist, i highly recommend this place to everyone.

My very first experience there, and i will not be going back. I just had my teeth scaled and photographed/x-rays by an out of province dentist. Upon the attempt to transfer the xrays and such from my old dentist, the hygienist/receptionist was quite pushy and didnt listen. One second im explaining that i had photos taken recently, and the next the hygienist is stuffing things in my mouth and retaking photos i could have gotten transferred from my old clinic. I felt stupid on numerous occasions for asking basic questions (probably my own stupidity of not knowing) but the attitude from all staff made me feel uncomfortable. I was very honest about my financial situation and asked how much everything would be upfront. Dr.Lachman continued to refer me to the receptionist for that information. Upon scraping off glue from my retainer that fell off (180$) per tooth.(just to run a tool thingy on it for a couple seconds) 2 teeth in total, 360$ later,,, i said i had some pain coming from a tooth in the back. He asked if i would like him to have a look at it. BAM. another $120 just for him to run the dental pick along the edge of it. I was astonished from my my bill amount and was so mad i wanted to ream him out. Usually i am not that type of person, so i left. a week later, upon contemplation of even paying the bill, i went to back to see if he was there. When i asked the receptionist she asked why, and after i told her i wanted to speak with him, she brushed me off and said he was out of the office. CROOOKS. Would rather let my cavities manifest then be swarmed around people like him! Good luck to anyone that goes there.
The staff at Cool Dental are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable and work gets done quickly and efficiently. Recently I had to get a root canal and my experience was great. I felt comfortable and confident in Dr. Lachman. He even took the time personally to call me the next day to see how I was doing.
