Waited 45 minutes to be seen by an assistant, another 50 to be seen by the dentist only to be told to come back for the full procedure 4 days later. As someone who works fulltime and cannot afford to be 1. take multiple weekdays off 2. be in pain at work, I went to another dental office and suggest others to do the same. Very unimpressed.
I would like to say that my experiences and those of my children have been nothing but great at Absolute Dental!! The receptionists and nurses are always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The hygienists are professional and friendly, always ready with a smile. Dr. Le is also very professional and takes her time for you if you have any questions and concerns, explaining everything in plain English. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental office to anyone. Thanks for making going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience!!
Doctors and Receptionist are nice but the nurse there are very rude today. During the teeth filling process I fell I am being pushed and rushed into the procedures that they did to my teeth without any explanation. I was rushed to open my mouth. Because of the freezing they used I couldn't actually feel my mouth. They keep asking me to open my mouth like blaming me without actually doing anything to help me. They didn't take out the water in my mouth timely when they were doing the procedure so I constantly feel being drowned. After the procedure when I was checking out at the front, the nurses were making fun of my reactions "like a baby", and my appearance after a stressful work day. But honestly if someone is drilling holes on my teeth, and putting things in my mouth to force my mouth open, doing things in my mouth violently(they basically rip the tape out from my mouth), and I cannot speak at all, how am I suppose to react. I feel I am being treated like a lab rat there. I would not recommand this dental if you want to be treated like a human and don't want to be made fun of by the nurses when you spend your money on services like this.
I was greeted with friendly and kind front staff. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough. My case was very complicated and the dentist gave many options for treatment. The dentist and her staff were respectful and supportive of my decision in the treatment I wanted. They worked with my insurance, budget and schedule. The hygienist broke it down into steps and phases that I could understand. It has been a long time since I have been to the dentist and the staff here were all friendly, encouraging and non-judgemental. I highly recommend this office to everyone and anyone in the Lethbridge area. I had a tooth extracted here and it was the best one I have ever had taken out by any dentist. Dr. Le was quick and gentle. I didn't even know it was gone, until she tapped my shoulder, said to bite down on some cotton and that I was done. Wow!
Absolutely fabulous staff! I have a lot of work to be done in a short amount of time and they are making it happen! Thank you Nathan for calming my fears and thank you Dr. LEE for your soft touch, kind words, and fabulous work!! Without a doubt.. Best dental experiences I've ever had!! (I have had quite a few elsewhere) I look forward to being your client for many, many more years!
