The service and atmosphere here are wonderful, would have given 5 stars for my most recent appointment but was kept waiting for over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time. This is the first time I have ever had an appointment here not occur on time..

Dr. Nelson first took me on as a patient 8 years ago when I had an emergency dental issue. I hated and feared going to the dentist before that visit to his office. Dr. Nelson and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and put me at ease. I was especially impressed by my last visit. They made time for me even though I waited until the last minute. Their quality and professionalism is always there. I don't fear calling London Road Dental to make an appointment. Patti, at the front desk, is amazing to talk to on the phone, when you walk in, and on follow up calls she makes. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to call on them for my dental needs.
