I am always treated with courtesy and respect and kindness here . They are competent, professional, and go out of their way to provide you with excellent service. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, I dropped off my car to them, and when they found the problems, they also discovered the repairs would be covered under a recall...they then delivered my car to the dealership, picked it up, and did a final inspection to make sure all the repairs had been completed to a high standard. I am floored. They didn't have to do any of that for me, but they did....cheerfully. I never go anywhere else, and recommend them to everyone.
Awesome guys to deal with. Random Highway inspection pulled my truck off the road for a park break issue, they squeezed me in and ended up all working an hour and a half past closing to get me on my way home to BC. Highly recommend!!!!! Great service!!!!! Not many businesses left like this anymore.
I brought my Vehicle to them when my engine light started flashing and my engine was misfiring. I was expecting to have to pay big$$$$ to get it fixed before I had to leave on Vacation the next day. I dropped it off at 8 am they shuttled me home and called a couple hours later telling me the issue and cost to fix, I agreed and gave them permission to proceed. By 2:30 they had it fixed and picked me up at my door. I have to say that the service was top notch and I appreciate when a family run business treats customers as one of them! I will continue to bring my vehicles here. ++++my Vehicle is in great running shape and I travel over 2000km the following 6 days after.
