There's no way to put less than 1 star otherwise I would do that. Highest price in town along with poor service. I did my engine swap. And my previous engine had block heater but they didn't put block heater in the new one. In -40, without block heater, my car dead again. Another experience, asked around 500 for rotors and brakes. Apparently I did that with only 230 from Mr. Mechanic.Not recommended at all. Better keep your car in your garage rather than wasting money.
I've been taking my car to Mike since before he owned the company. I've always been very happy with the service. He is always happy to explain things to me and I know he has saved me a lot of money compared to other places which want me to get work done that doesn't need doing. He has also fixed problems for me that other places charged me for and didn't fix.
Fantastic mechanic shop! Toyota here in town tried to charge me over $4,000 worth of repairs. I asked west side automotive for their honest opinion and inspection. Turned out all I needed was a new timing chain and water pump which they did over night for me at a fair price. Ill be using this shop as long as I can.
Did a great job on my H2! Everything done in a day and great price. Will be giving them my business again for sure.
I highly recommend to VW owners, even if it's out of the way it's worth the trip for good service!
