Our post is long overdue, but we had a fantastic experience with Subway Automotive about 4 years ago. The starter on our truck decided to quit working at the Sweetgrass border crossing and we were hauling our 37 foot 5th wheel trailer. After several attempts we got the truck going and in the meantime we contacted our usual automotive service people who in turn called Subway on our behalf. We arrived about 1 hour before closing time and Tim quickly got the truck in for the starter replacement. We were fortunate to have Peter Brandsma as our tech who was instrumental in completing the repair and getting us on our way quickly. We so much appreciated Tim's and Peter's commitment to superior customer service as well as that of all of the employees we had the pleasure of dealing with that day. Other businesses could truly benefit from applying the same principles that these people practice. Thank you again to all!
Great service and advice. I needed to buy new summer tires and Tim was very knowledgeable about options. No problems with tire installation and Tim provided helpful information from the results of the maintenance inspection.
Subway auto service is a great well organised family owned business that has stood the test of time through three generations.That for installing the shock on my Buick. She rides like a dream!
I took my car to subway auto after Big Als Installed springs on my vehicle upside down and tried to tell me that I had ordered the wrong part, (oem TRD Toyota) they tried to get me to live with the sound my springs were making after the install. After being extremely disappointed with their service and hearing such good things about that shop, I headed over to Subway. The car had not even 1,000 kilometers and was brand new and sounded like a clunky old p.o.s. Subway auto got everything installed the right way and at a great price. Tim and the rest of the service guys are amazing and very personable. Subway is very honest, fair and will always make sure you are happy!
The best automotive service shop in southern Alberta. I am from Calgary and have couple of my vehicles serviced there, never had an service adviser have this amount of knowledge and honesty. They are friendly and honestly about diagnosis results. I was in today for a rear brake system service which my car computer told me to do, they ordered all the parts and I dropped off my car for the appointment. About a hour later they called me to inform me that rear brake pads and rotors looks great and have a lot of life on them, would not advice replacement. I was shocked that no other shop I ever been to will care about their customer this much. They also did inspect my front brake system since this turned into a brake inspection. Well honestly will create promoters, from now on I will bring my company fleet vehicle here for inspection and service. As long as I'm in southern Alberta this will be the only shop I will go to.
