The problem was quickly diagnosed, fixed by the end of the day, and for substantially less than I've paid for similar work at other shops in the past. They also didn't try to sell me any other work that I didn't need. I will definitely be back the next time I have car trouble.
This was my first time visiting Big Al's and I received excellent service from the get go! Everyone there was very helpful and kind offering coffee and a ride service. I called ahead in the morning and they were able to take my car in right away. They were able to answer my many questions and were very patient. They finished it much faster than I was expecting, updating me as things came up and all within a reasonable price. Highly recommend and I will not be going anywhere else anymore!
I would highly recommend Big Al's. Was having some issues with a tire leak repair that they did and I brought my truck in again a few weeks later since it continued to leak. They let me know the rims are corroded and need to be replaced but didn't charge me for my second visit. Very happy with their service.
Friendly service, which for me is is a basic standard. However when listening to the employees talk to each other, you could tell that they were friendly with each other. That for me counts for a bit more as I want to know that my car is being handled by people who aren't stressed out with bad working conditions. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff here. I'll be back for sure just because of that. They fixed my car with no issues and were able to drop me off and pick me up from work. Not much more that I can say, if you are on the fence about coming here for mechanical work, the price was great, the service was great. For someone as picky as me, it says a lot that I highly recommend Big Al's auto repair.
