Stopped in to pick up a quality bike at a fair price for my 4 year old, and feel very confident I got just that. The gentlemen that helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my request- and delivered! Didn't try to upsell or mislead. I'll be back for more. For anyone shopping for a bike for themselves for their Kids, don't cheap out but don't get taken either - this place is legit and you will be looked after. Thanks again!
Decided to get back into biking after a 14 year break. I went into Ascent Cycle and met with Adam, he and his staff were very welcoming and made me feel like I was already a part of the biking community. Adam took his time informing me of all the technology changes over the last 14 years, and showed me bikes in every budget range making sure to take time to explain the difference between the different bike companies, frames and components and how they could benefit my overall riding experience. Once I had settled on a couple different options Adam set up a couple bikes for me to test out, the bikes were the perfect size for me, however I have short legs for my height and the seat post wouldn't go any lower than we had it set at already. Without any commitment from me to buy the bike Adam didn't hesitate to rectify the seat post so it would fit me properly so that I could ensure it was comfortable. One of the bikes I was interested in buying wasn't available in my size, and Adam offered to order one in for me if I wanted. After everything was said and done I settled on a Cannondale Cujo that they had in stock. He then took the time to make a few more adjustments to get the fit just right, and checked everything over to make sure I was ready to ride. As I was paying for my purchase all the guys around the shop invited me out for some of the group rides, and I am sure once I get some confidence back in the saddle I will be taking them up on that offer! Thanks Adam and team. Your welcoming atmosphere has made me a customer for life, and I look forward to coming in again soon!

Best prices I've ever seen. My experience with bike shops in the past has usually proven to be expensive, this was not the case here. Staff was very helpful as well. I'll definitely be coming back. Dog Friendly A+
Just bought a Norco Storm 2 to get back into riding bikes. The sales staff were very helpful at getting me my bike. But when it comes time to upgrade I will defiantly be coming back for my next bike. They were reasonably priced for the quality.
