Not happy with the 100% customer service. Purchased some Bluetooth ski helmet chips, they didnt work so I returned them, and decided to get the wired set. Alpine land wouldnt give me my money saying its policy for store credit unless I want to talk to the manager (who isnt there at the time of course). Hate to say it but 100% customer service is giving my my money back when something doesnt work. If it wasnt for this issue I would have scored 5 stars service.
