I think I have an eye infection after getting eyelash extensions two days ago, for a students practical final. I've never been allergic to anything but the day after I noticed that eyelashes had been applied to the skin of the eyelid instead of being attached to the natural eyelash where they should be. They were scratching my eyes when I blinked hard- so they weren't applied in the right places, I have had extensions before and had no adverse reactions. I was up until 5:00am not being able to sleep deciding whether of not to go to the ER as it felt like something was stuck in my eyes and I couldn't get it, even after using half my bottle of contact solution to try to rinse it out. It was literally driving me insane. I would recommend being very careful when it comes to students! I also didn't notice any hand hygiene going on either... Got them removed today and they are starting to recover.
Fantastic service, girls were all very friendly, knowledgable, teachers on hand and extremely focused on students. Had hair cut, colored, foiled by Winona. She was amazing!!!They let me know if there would be any problems with what I wanted and how to counter those issues. Thank you all. It was an absolute fabulous experience. Thank you
I had the most amazing experience with Bella Elite. The staff and students were so friendly and really pay attention to the needs of their clients. I highly recommend the school for their professionalism.
Horrible exoerience, The fact I'm giving them one star is generous I'm forced to just write this. I tried to go to school with bella elite beauty for there cosmetology course and every time I went in to pay (twice) the lady said the person In charge wasn't in but she could do get best she was the only one I ever delt with. I finished paying off the 2500 dollar course and I was contacted the next day telling me the course had been postponed and they would hold my money if I still wanted to attend the course as this would impead my plans I asked for a refund and I was met with a rude acknowledgement and told I could come in the next day and when I said no I'll be there at 330 the same day she said she'd try and get the money together and when I walked in I was escorted to an office were I counted out my refunded money and same lady who said she wasn't in charge says she's sorry but it's not her fault that one of the teachers assistants back out or was busy. I've never had such poor customer service ever.
Excellent place to get an inexpensive haircut. I have been going here for over twenty-five years and have always been happy with the work done.
