I have natural red hair, which of course means I dont let just anyone work on my hair. I had been going to the same lady for several years, but decided to make the change and try someone else out. I decided to go to Erika. Each time I go, shes done nothing short of perfection! Shes made my hair look phenomenal time and time again. Erika has an eye for detail and perfection. So proud to call her my hairstylist.
Had a wedding to go to one day in L.A. ( you know.... Lethbridge, Alberta....) and as usual for me I decided to wait until the last minute to get ready. My wife made me shave at the hotel and then said, "GO GET A HAIRCUT! YOU LOOK LIKE A NEANDERTHAL!" So I drove around town and found this place. Now I'm not normally a salon kind of guy but figured I better actually get a nice haircut or my wife will be mad, so I went inside. This place is really, really nice inside. Much nicer than the average barber shop. I must admit, I was a little out of my element, but the whole thing from beginning to end was absolutely great. The people that were there getting other stuff done seemed like they were really enjoying themselves and the whole place had a very positive vibe. The lady who cut my hair did a great job and seemed very professional. I can't for the life of me remember her name but I know it started with an "E". I saw another review on here just now when my phone alerted me that I could leave a review and it said Ericka so I assume it was her. Sorry Ericka if it was you and I forgot your name! Hahaha! Anyways, I was only in town for that week for the wedding but my wife was jealous when I got back that I went to a spa so the next time we are in town I will send her there to get pampered! So my friend told me to go into this place and give it a try and I did. I am so glad I did. Everyone was super nice and the girl who helped me was so friendly! She did a perfect job on my hair and the colour came out exactly as I wanted! When I first saw my hair it seemed a little lighter in shade than I expected but Erika said that is normal and to just wash it a couple of times to help the colour settle and now it is just perfect!!!! Thank you guys so much! I will definitely send my friends and co-workers to you as I feel that this place is a place you can trust and they make you feel like family. Thank you to my friend who referred me and thank you again Erika!
Had my hair done by Brittney here at Three Six Zero. I'm so very pleased with the amazing job she did on my hair. Brittney is a Sweetheart! Very knowledgeable and definitely knows her work,she made me feel so welcomed ! Thank you Brittney! I recommend her to Everyone!!!
Went into see Erika for a cut and highlights. I asked for ash blonde - the same as I had before - and came out with SILVER. She clearly used a different colour or overprocessed it, but then she couldn't even bring herself to apologize when I showed my dissatisfaction. I am LIVID. This is my new hair after losing it all to cancer; I celebrate every inch of it and now I want to cry about how awful it looks.During my previous visit, she had cut one side quite a bit shorter than the other and I had to fix it myself as I was traveling for almost two months after. I don't know why I gave her a second chance and I truly regret it. I will not step foot in that salon EVER again.
