I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes while I stood there holding my deceased pet. The one staff member wouldn't even look at me. Not even a hello. I even called ahead so they'd be prepared to take my pet for cremation. No condolences were offered. Eventually I was helped out to the tune of $250. I guess I didn't spend enough to warrant a tiny bit of compassion, or even basic customer service.
I've only lived here for about a year and don't have a vet for my kitty. This was about the 5th place I called and after explaining my concerns they would simply tell me I could schedule a check-up and give me a price. I spoke to a lady for about 15 mins and she listened to what my concerns were, and made sure she had the information she needed to help me. She gave me tips and products to try to try to make it so I don't have to bring him to the vet. And she even told me what she would do and feel comfortable if it was her cat. I am super impressed with the care they provided when I haven't even brought my cat there and have given no money so far. I will definitely be choosing them for the care of my cat. They are also fairly well priced. They weren't the cheapest I found but they were definitely in the middle and really care about the service they provide.

The Vets at Green Acres are incredibly friendly and informative. I would rate them 5 stars if it wasnt for the services being a bit pricier then other places in town. Its still worth it to come here though to know you are going to get the best care and service for your pets.
Excellent care of my kitty Thorough exam. Lots of visiting about the cat and her habits. Very impressed.
