Lovely lady, lovely home, great people skills and a warm comfortable atmosphere. My complaint was in the actual job its self. The job I got done I've had done for a long while, and it usually takes about half hour to an hour depending on how thorough they were. It took her less than 15 minutes and upon longer examination I can see she missed a lot of hairs, both a few scattered about and big patches that I can grab. Just felt like it was a lazy job.
