Jaquie is great ...an expert in color and highlights !!
I booked a 10 am appt with David for a cut, color and highlights. He was late and finally got to me around 10:15. And the experience just didn't recover from this point on. I felt he was tired and not in the mood to be present during my appointment. I left the salon with a bad cut (I have curly hair and there was no texture or thinning done), I never received a base color as he decided to just do foil highlights AND I still had an overwhelming amount of grey hair! I didn't notice the amount of grey until the following morning styling so I called back to see if he would fix it. His response was far from compassionate and totally lacked any responsibility for the mistake. His half hearted offer for me to return and he'd put a couple more foils in if I really wanted.....left me feeling that my business and hair was unimportant. What a waste of money and time, not to mention paying another salon to fix my hair! I will not be back.

If there was a way to vote with negative stars, I would. My mom got a cut by David, and it was awful. Not to mention how unbelievably ruff he was with her hair. He brushed and ripped hAlf her hair out. She will have to pay another stylist from a different salon to fix it. Never never never would she go back to him, even if he was the last hair stylist on earth. She would only send her worst enemy there.
Talented Stylists, upbeat, and friendly vibe. I love Jacquie, she is talented, upbeat and always smiling and laughing. Her personality is contagious!! She has built an amazing team around her!! The salon is bright a cheery!
