Every time I crave Indian food and I'm not in Calgary, I go here. The owner and the staff are really friendly, and the food is great! I love their coconut chicken curry. It's absolutely delicious! My only criticism is about the prices, which are quite high in relation to the portions. However, I think the quality of the food makes up for it.
Great service and food. Two things that I found impressive was that the manager ( maybe the owner) when around seeing how everyone was doing. Secondly we stayed quiet a while after we payed for our meal, they still came by and asked us if we wanted more water, while other places won't even look at you after you've payed. Great place definitely going again.
We ordered one chicken and one fish item. When it came after eating figured out both items were chicken. One item was almost burnt which we started eating later. Thought to report it. But no server was nearby. Paid money for burnt foods. Told the server later. It was almost closing time. So didn't want to start a drama. Heard that it is very good. But it disappointed me. Hope you will take it seriously. It is not just writing a review and you are reading. It's for your improvement of service.
Delicious food. I had a lamb curry (Indian hot) & my friend had a pork curry (medium). The rice was cooked perfectly, and had a very nice flavor. The cheesecake was good, but not the best I've ever had. The coffee was mediocre, which is why they lost a star. The service was excellent. I would definitely go here again.
We came here for a date night and were not disappointed! The decor is very chill and elegant. The service was quick and friendly. The food was incredible! I had lamb korma and my hubby had lamb vindaloo. I asked for mild and his was medium and plenty spicy. We also shared the combination appetizer platter which we had the perfect selection of appys to share. The food was hot and so delicious and came very quickly. I thought the portion sizes we perfect for the two of us and I think we paid about 20$ a person not including appetizers. Beverages were reasonably priced and they have a nice selection. We will absolutely be back here.
