i travel across the city to use this laundromat often and when I had an issue with one of the washers I texted the number provided on the info board and was replied to and assisted immediately...almost like someone was actually there. This is why I do the drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home. The place is clean and the machines are worth the money paid. The only issue I had is the laundry soap and bounce sheet vending machine is quirky. A problem easily solved by bringing your own.
Worst laundromat I've ever been to, and I've washed my clothes in laundromats all over Canada and the States for the last 3 years. No attendant, no change machine, the convenience store beside it refuses to give change, almost as many out-of-order machines as working ones, the working machines are ancient, the floors and windows are dirty, bathroom is closed and locked, and you'll find random inebriated people just hanging inside drinking, eating and arguing. You'll have to fight for one of the only two plastic lawn chairs to sit on if you decide to stay and keep an eye on your laundry. (I would) Bring your own reading material,, there's not a magazine or newspaper to be found. A blanket covered in excrement has been sitting inside one machine for 3 days already. What a treat. Last time I'll use this place.
Washing my big blanket but was very disappointed by 3 people who were sitting there drinking and smoking. NOT COOL AT ALL
Clean and tidy place to do laundry
I wish I could give more stars. However, when the sign says that change can be obtained at a business that closes at 6pm, and the convenience store doesn't want to give you any, that is a problem.
