My sister took her wedding dress to her to have dry cleaned and she absolutely RUINED the dress. She called to see what could be done and she was completely rude to my sister. She told her "that's the risk you take" having it dry cleaned. Completely unprofessional and rude. I will be sure to let everyone know.
I brought a dress here with lots of tuel and layers to get cleaned, as it was dirty from being worn. I was told Monday to pick up, but it was not ready. I came Tuesday to pick up and was sent away saying it wasnt ready yet and to come back. I went back a third time and got the dress. It looked great until I took it out of the bag at home and put it on. The dress was COMPLETELY ruined. They stretched the under layer of the dress so bad that it was WAY too long to ever wear. The tuel on the dress looked like it was matted in the back. (They tried to hide that part by packing it in the bag a certain way). The bow on it was completely ruined. I called and spoke to the manager and told her my concerns. She said, its the manufacturers fault but she did not tell me about this when I picked up the dress. She would not try to fix it, or refund my money. I will never drop a wedding/grad dress off here ever again. She was terribly rude, would not let me get a word in, she knew she ruined the dress but did not tell me when I picked it up, they did not help resolve the problem. Horrible experience here
