Fantastic registry! The staff are always professional and super friendly. My husband and I purchase our insurance from them and we couldn't be happier.
McKillop Registry has always been helpful in all our dealings. Friendly staff and quick service. Keeping in mind, this is a registry and they will naturally be more busy at some times then others.
The greeting from the staff does not seem to be genuine or welcoming. Smiles go a long way. The woman I had wasn't too bad but still could have smiled once. The tone in the atmosphere seems miserable.
I have never been most disgusted with an establishment in my life. I am an insurance advisor and my grandpa was looking for cheaper insurance then i could offer him being a direct provider so we went to mackillop insurance because they are a brokerage and would have more options. Long story short due to the fact that my grandpa was making small talk about his previous work with hauling items across Canada for clients they automatically assumed he was still doing that ( he is retired now, which he mentioned ) they told him that they wouldn't write him in private passenger insurance but they would have to write him in commercial auto for 14,000 a year. I was not impressed and we went to go talk with a lady by the name of Heather and she cut my grandpa off on the phone and said that "she doesn't have the time for this or for him" I was completed shocked as this is a customer service establishment and you cannot deny a client the right to have automobile insurance. I will never ever deal with this company again nor will I tell anyone to use this establishment. Good job mackillop insurance, you lost a bunch of potential clients.
