Bill and the other trainers are great, been going for months now and seeing some results. When it's busy it is a small place and can get a bit crowded, parking on Sunday can be problematic as church goers do not respect the businesses in the strip mall. Otherwise great place!
They understand how to adapt training for any physical limitation. I appreciate the personal attention. Its not cheap - but its valuable.
