I have been going here for almost 2 years now. Ive done some personal training with Mandy and she is awesome. The front desk staff is amazing as well! Great gym for a great price. I have recommended this place to so many people!
Good gym with a great selection of free weights, machines and even an outside fitness area. They have classes on offer and good rates.
It's got the equipment, classes and open when others are closed. My only cringe is the vapidness of some of the younger staff and lack of social boundary knowledge.
This is now my home gym. Amazing prices, amazing people and amazing equipment. I have started to see results in my fitness and always look forward to my next work out! Zumba is also pretty great! My only recommendation would be make sure that clean music is played :) So much appreciate this awesome gym.
In my opinion, Lethbridge Fitness is the best gym in town. In addition to affordable prices, free towel service, an excellent selection of equipment, and a new outdoor facility, LFC has friendly and welcoming staff. They have also done a great job of creating a culture where other members are friendly, respectful, and approachable!
