A very arrogant individual. Will not listen, he has an opinion and yours does not count. If you expect him to think outside the box, forget it. I could have sat in a bus terminal and got more assistance.

Saw him 1 1/2 years ago for breathing issue. The whole experience was off the charts fabulous. From minute walked in it was like a person not a number. They cared and were there to help make it a positive thing. Surgery went great and post apts. were of the caring nature. I'm going back again for another appointment after I called to ask a question They care about you in his office as does he. Would go anywhere else.
I saw him two years ago for severe breathing, vocal and phlegm draining issues. I was quickly ushered in, told he couldn't do nothing for me cause I was smoking (mildly) at the time, tried to stick his scope up one nostril and when he couldn't, prescribed me a bottle of nasonex. When I asked if I had a deviated septum, as my symptoms pointed to that, he chuckled and said "absolutely not" and that the smoking was the problem. I quit the smoking. No improvement. Got referred to the other local ENT who said the same thing. Finally went back to my GP who ordered a sinus CT and it showed ....... A severely deviated septum. I am disgusted at the arrogance he displayed with his God-like complex, while being so disgustingly wrong in his diagnosis. I will gladly go to calgary for my specialists from here on out
