After driving a very reliable car for almost a decade, we realized we needed to upgrade our wheels, but things had changed so much that we were not sure which direction to take. Our salesperson respectfully guided us to the correct vehicle for our needs, which was a 2018 Ford Escape, and we have been pleased and impressed with the choice we made. Sporty for my husband, and comfortable for me, with very appealing styling, and technically advanced, to keep us both happy. We were treated considerately and respectfully by all staff members with whom we had communication with at College Ford. Would definitely recommend this dealership for a positive sales experience.
Yesterday, I took my F150 to College Ford Quick Lane for winter tire rotation, winterizing and servicing, and a small repair for a recall notice. Quick Lane opens at 7:30 AM and I arrived early, 7:10 AM to ensure that I would be in line to have the work completed on this day - I am driving to Saskatoon this weekend. At this early hour, I was the only vehicle in line at Quick Lane and must admit that I was confused when 2 other vehicles, that had arrived after me, received attention before me. I wrongly assumed that Quick Lane was first come first served. Next time, I will make an appointment.Once finally served by John Van Dyk, I did receive excellent service and my vehicle was ready for pickup by 2:55 PM. I appreciated John Gerlock who provided a courtesy ride home, and pickup and return to College Ford when the job was completed. On picking up my vehicle, John Van Dyk fully explained what was done and the work was completed very satisfactorily .
Very informal and friendly. Got to the chase quickly. Sad to find that there is 2 recalls that I have to have performed. Steering and air bags!
Our salesman, Brad Mulholland, was great! I would deal with him again in a heartbeat, and would recommend him to any of my friends or family. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, and was ready and eager to share. We came in nervous about dealing with yet another salesman, and came away feeling we were well taken care of by Brad. Thanks again Brad! College Ford Lincoln seem to invest a lot into their products to make sure their customers are buying a good vehicle.
Lincoln was not a consideration of a vehicle at all when we were looking for a new car. We had been to 5 other Dealerships when we saw the advertisement for Lincoln. Expecting the same experience that we had received at the other dealerships, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention given. Felt as though we were important. Test vehicles were ready for us and ready to go. Cannot say we had the same experience at the other dealerships. When you make an appointment to test drive vehicles and they know your going to be there at a certain time, why would the vehicle not be ready to go. At COLLEGE LINCOLN we received that. CUSTOMER SERVICE and the feeling of really being IMPORTANT and their only focus. I was even introduced to the Sales Manager. Again CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now own one and never thought I would!Highly recommend COLLEGE FORD LINCOLN.
