My search for a new car came unexpectedly, when the turbo went on my old vehicle. I work out of town and rely on vehicle to get back and forth to work. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise and would highly recommend them. However, renting for me was not cost effective. I was in need of a vehicle by the end of the week or sooner and didnt have much time to research different makes. As 4 of my family members and two others I know, drive Mazdas (and LOVE them) I figured this was a good place to start looking. Plus, what I did research on line had nothing but positive things to say about Mazda. I managed to get the afternoon of from work and arranged to test drive a few vehicles at 1:00 p.m. Once I decided on a 2016 Mazda 3, I was hoping to be able to drive it home that same day. Mazda, made the near impossible possible. They went to the extreme to accommodate my wish. I thought I would have to come back another day, to get winter tires put on and the inside cleaned. But, they even managed to get that done. My purchasing experience was excellent. I found Jeff to be a little on the quiet side but very honest and keeps his word, which matters the most. It was nice to have, Darrel (one of the owners) come by every now and then to assure everything was going well. Jamie, the finance personal was excellent at explaining everything and very patient when I asked for clarification. I should mention that during the purchasing of my vehicle that it could have been sold two times over. Seriously, two people came in stating they had test drove the car and now wanted to buy it. I recently bought a 2009 Silverado from Milestone and couldnt be more pleased with it. Where to start? The customer service from start to finish completely surpassed anything Ive ever had or even heard of. I am incredibly impressed with the sales service I received from Beverly and Jeff on the purchase side of things. Im reluctant to use the word sales only because I never felt like they sold me the truck. It was a no pressure and 100% information session that guided me to make the purchase. Beverley is a genuine and sweet individual, and Jeff is a laid back & transparent wealth of knowledge when it comes to Chevy trucks (among all other makes Im sure!) Financing with Jamie was a smooth a skippy peanut butter. Shes was a gem to work with! The service department was super thorough with its inspection and replaced items on the truck before selling it to me that still had lots of life left, but its their policy to do such. AMAZING! All in all, Milestone has a super personable and knowledgeable set of staff, which is a win win to me! I highly recommend Milestone Mazda to everyone!
We had excellent service from Mazda, especially by Jasen Bellamy and Jaime Johnston. Jasen introduced us to most of the staff at Milestone and whenever we were unsure of anything he was quick to respond to give us any information we wanted. He was helpful with getting us the best deal. Jaime finalised the sale which we found she did an great job explaining all the details about maintenance and serving the car plus the break down service.Thanks to Mazda and the team we love our car!!
We just bought a 2012 Mazda 2 at Milestone Mazda. The service there is excellent. The sales team was great at meeting our needs and showing us the car. The car is in great condition as they said.
