Red Engine Third Wave coffee, roasted in Lethbridge, served here. Very good coffee. Tasting notes true to taste. Cafe has lots of seating, unlike many of the reviews on here that say there are not enough. They have maximized the seating space well without appearing too crowded. It is just busy because it is so phenomenal, they should be proud. Bright, modern cafe, awesome coffee, and great service. What more could you ask for? I came for a conference in Lethbridge, probably wont be back to town anytime soon (live in Northern Alberta) but I will sure miss coming back to Sonder!
