I am a pilot with an airline that has just started flying into YXH. The Southern Aero ground crew is always ready and waiting for the aircraft when we are arriving, wether that means 15 minutes early or half an hour late. I believe the training that these persons have received surpasses most expectations of myself and my fellow flight crew, and they have always conducted themselves in a professional manner. I have never personally been waiting on them, they are well prepared. I know I have heard stories from colleagues of several similar stories. Congratulations to Southern Aero on the amazingly successful start-up, and I know everyone here will continue to be impressed wherever we may find Southern Aero employees!

Flew my 172 in for a quick overnight trip, the staff at Southern Aero were top notch. Fuel and hangar was provided. I would highly recommend them.
I flew into Lethbridge for an auction sale. I was literally given the red carpet treatment. They had a courtesy vehicle to loan me for 4 hours...top notch.
