Excellent place. Very accomadating. Friendly atmosphere
This is quite literally the worst place Ive ever worked. First, the old manager was a total creep and crossed the line many times. They eventually got rid of him but after multiple times of being told. They brought the other manager and in and she is a total b*tch. Dont let them fool you they will tell you there are certain fees that are manadatory which is false. They are so worried about hitting bonuses that customer service falls.Nothing is repaired yet prices will go up 1-3 times per year. Regional tells you he will adjust your wage after 3 months but then tells you thats all they paySave yourself the trouble and go to storage mart.
Access storage is awesome. Very clean, and secure. Excellent helpful staff. We used the promo of the free moving van from Enterprise, which Storm at Access arranged for us. This was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very pleased with my experience with access storage. First and foremost, the customer service was great . Storm was friendly and always ready to answer my questions. The security is amazing, and to have lights in the bins and hallway makes life so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
