It's an awesome place. Had a good time at the soccer game today. Fun environment for sports.
Beautiful view from the grandstand out over the prairies towards the rest of the City on the other side of the valley.
Came for a music festival put on by the U of L. Lots of really stupid restrictions. All day event, but no outside food or drink and no coming and going. Why? To get you to buy the overpriced hot dogs and beer available at the concession. Also, no chairs allowed in. So... 500 plus people sitting on their butts in the sun on a huge tarp for 8 or 10 or 12 hours. About as fun as it sounds. How about shade? Yeah, no. The dozen or so mostly empty tents were reserved for VIPs, who of course, didn't show. The musicians were great, but generally speaking the venue kinda sucked.
Went here for Nitro circus, needs ALOT more actual seating if hosting big events, lawn chairs on flat ground are not great unless you're the tall guy
