We have used Tyler for buying and selling numerous houses over the last 10 years. His team has a guarantee on selling our homes but we have never had to actually take him up on his guarantee of sale. he has always sold our homes at or very close to selling price! I cannot say enough about Tyler Martineau and his team. Last year my husband passed away, and I was left with all of his business affairs that I knew nothing about. Tyler and his team were amazing. Their attention to detail was spot on and they were quick. We had previously listed with another agency and during that time we had a minimal number of showings and were not able to accomplish what we wanted. Since listing with Tyler and his team we had showings in the double digits and our home sold in 3 weeks. The transition to the new house was also very simple and hands free.
