Prices are outrageous. I needed a kitchen tap replaced and they charged $650 with no estimate, the douche just went ahead and did the work. I complained and they said they would refund $100 but after several calls to them they never refunded a dime. Choose any other company.

I would like to thank My Service for there quick response to my concerns with my furnace today. All I can say after 7 years having a furnace thru My Service this is the first time I had a problem. I call the office at about 8 AM and talked with the office staff. the lady was very good at her job when I went off on a rant (which I do apolizes ) Then I got a call about 9:30 and Ben told me he would be at my house by 10 am (which he was) we went over an few things with my furnace. I found Ben to be very knowledgeable and very helpful I would recommend these guy anytime.
Great experience. Lach came in to fix my water heater. I asked about cost/benefit of just getting a new water heater and he let me know that we weren't there yet and fixed my existing one. He even sent a text with picture of where I needed to clean the lint filter on the heater. He also cleaned my furnace flame just because he was already there and it was a quick fix. Above and beyond and AMAZING customer service! Will use again.
