Well the first time I went to see the Physiotherapist they were amazing and right away started treating me.But after surgery, I went back again to see them. The 2nd and 3rd time I went back was terrible. The physiotherapist refused to treat me until she received full medical notes based on the surgery and all I got for a treatment session was 2 - 20 mins with 2 machines and nothing told to do for exercises.Then the 3rd time, I went they had the medical notes and yet all I received was the machine and the physiotherapist got upset because I wasn't doing the proper exercises yet none were given to me the first time!And when I spoke to the surgeons office, they stated that physiotherapists don't usually ask for this kind of information. I would have gone back this week, however, I refuse to see a physiotherapist that refuses to do her job. And what makes me more upset is the fact that for 2 weeks, they took my money willingly, but refused to start treating me. As far as I am concerned they should refund me for 2 sessions, because they didn't do anything.

I went to Lethbridge Physio for a lower back issue that had me in everyday pain for 10+ years. My initial appointment was pretty typical and I given initial tests by a physio therapist and then referred to Eric for my next appointment. Eric was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He had me do many different exercises to pin point the issues with my back. We tried probably 10 different exercises and movements in his gym-like setting and figured out a great plan moving forward. We met a few more times and he continued to push me to try different exercises and movements. Since then Ive been consistently strengthening the targeted areas with his plan and have never felt better. Id been to many different physiotherapists that would have me come in, stretch for 10 minutes and then put a heat and shock pad on my back. Eric was completely different and always energetic and motivated. Id recommend Eric to anybody looking for somebody who truly wants to help and wont settle for mediocre results.
Had a knee strain & Shawna got me back up and going in short order. Professional & courteous staff, always a welcoming atmosphere.
