For a place called browns social house. I expected to sit on toilet seats while eating and being social with others. All in all service was great. Food was good. I'd print end up eating here again.
First time to this business. What a great place! Wonderful food, friendly and helpful staff. Pleasing atmosphere. I had the Spicy Tuna Roll to start followed up by the Dragon Chicken bowl. Both were fantastic. The Chicken bowl wasn't what I expected but it was a delightful surprise. After the second 'chopstickful' I was hooked! Perfect amount of sauce so that you could still eat the rice and vegetables with chopsticks. Loved the flavours and presentation. Our waitress, Janette, was a class act! Very patient with myself as I was too busy talking and not looking at the menu. She was attentive and helpful. Thanks for a lovely meal Browns.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. It took 12 minutes to figure out who our Waitress was. She didnt even bring water when she came to greet our table. After that, we waited another five minutes for water. She rushed us in ordering and didnt come back. The four of us received our food 15 minutes later and after that we never saw a waitress again. My mother didnt seem to enjoy her meal. She sat with in front of her and didnt touch it for a good 20 minutes. Nobody noticed. Not even management. I called over a hostess that was working at the front and asked her politely to go get her manager. The manager came over and we explain the situation and she expressed she would take the one meal off our bill. After that we waited. And waited. Not sure how you sell anything if there is nobody to sell it. We were not offered a dessert of any kind or offered any drinks. We sat there till we decided it was time to just leave. I asked the bartender for a check on the way out. There was no type of section awareness in this restaurant whatsoever or managerial experience. We will never return.
Good food, clean space, cool decor, and awesome service. Loved the cocktails and appetizers, and I will definitely be going back for the fish tacos!
I find that service and quality is touch and go with this place you never know how it's going to be. The servers are always nice its either the food isn't good that day or it's really busy and takes forever.
