I was sold a "factory refurbished" ps3 controller that was actually a knock off piece of garbage. Kind of works, but not like an OEM controller would. I tested another controller I bought from them a couple months ago that I had not used yet and it was the same thing. Defective junk. The most recent one was purchased less than a month ago but since I lost the receipt, I couldn't get my money back and I feel ripped off. I've been a customer there for over 15 years, but I won't be returning.

Bought a ukulele from them, and was totally ripped off. Sold me a crappy ukulele for way more than it was worth. I was looking for advice, but I was clearly mislead by the staff here. The one I tested and played was not at all like the one I bought, and their return policy is terrible. Now all I can get back for my purchase is store credit for this shameful establishment.
The place to find something interesting. Jewelery, movies, all kinds of video games, saddles, speakers, music, instruments, electronics. Staff are friendly and easy to find. Has a bit of a retro vibe.
it's a candy store for me lol get most of my audio odds and ends here and looove the downstairs. staff is pretty cool too
