Great service! We've been having keys cut here for years (and they always work!). This week we ended up locked out of our garage due to a faulty door knob lock. Eric (I believe?) came out right away, replaced the knob with one far superior to (but no more expensive than) the big box store version we had, rekeyed a couple of locks, and cut and tested extra keys on the spot. Friendly, efficient, and fair prices.
Active lock is my go to locksmith whether personal or work related. Never a bad key or service. I agree with the other reviews. Be warned that I have had bad keys cut at big box stores. Go with Active and have it done right the first time!
