I was planning to visit Brick Or Leon for purchasing a Queen Mattress set and read great reviews about Mattress Clearance Center in Lethbridge and decided to visit them. What a great choice i made. Met a great lady Wendy and her daughter Kaylee who welcomed and assisted me in guiding and making a great choice to make my purchase easier.Every question i asked was welcomed with a big smile and were very knowledgeable about the product they recommended. To add on to amazing experience when i asked Wendy to call a cab for me as my phone battery was completely done. She asked me with a big smile on her face that is it possible for you to wait for a few minutes. I asked her the reason, she mentioned that she will drop me in her car to my residence on the West side. I had no words to express my wonderful experience. Wendy dropped me outside my residence and was a unforgettable experience from the owner of the company.Delivery was done on the same day and delivery person (an elderly person) was asked to leave the mattress on the main level, but what a great gentleman, he offered and insisted that he wants to help me in carrying the mattress set upstairs, And he also gave me tips by teaching me the right way to cut mattress cover, so as to use the mattress cover safely for future use.From a great welcome to professional guidance and delivering promise in delivering on the same day along with great product delivery experience. What else can anyone ask for and that is the reason i could not stop myself in expressing this great experience.Support the local business. The prices here are insane compared to just about anywhere else. So cheap. The lady that runs the place is also incredibly helpful and pleasant. We've bought two mattresses, a sectional and a chair from her and we couldn't be happier.
