We got a quote on our vehicle to detail it. After it was done (which he did get done in a timely manner) he charged us an extra 100$ becuase it was "extra dirty". I get the extra charge if it was a work truck full of mud but it was our quite clean family vehicle we had just bought. We also ended up taking it back because there were many missed spots. For the price he charged i expect it to be returned showroom condition but was not even close. granted he did refund us part of the extra charge, but was still 60$ more then quoted
Took my truck there for a Titanium coating and paint correction. It turn out great. He explained the process and got me to understand what my expectations are. Thanks for the great job
Okay prices... car was done in timely manner. Mostly very shiny and clean interior, but some obvious missed spots, and smelled too heavy of synthetic perfume
Brought in my 2013 Ford Focus for detailing & was very pleased to learn that not only will my car come out looking new, but Preferred Auto Glass offered mobile replacement. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it looked & smelled with showroom quality. Seat stains removed, polished, tires shining... all as promised.
