We got a tent site. It cost over $30 for a tent site!! Way too expensive. There was power and water in the site but they were bolted shut. Also NEVER STAY IN SITE 9! There is a trail behind that site to the river, which seems nice at first, but we have people walking and riding bikes through our site the whole time! Almost kicking out tent as they went and giving us ZERO privacy. Also, the wind was insane. If your tent is empty, it will go flying. And its always windy here. The one positive thing I can say is the host were nice, and they put down pee gravel on the tent sites so there is no dirt or mud. That was super nice
Sewer hook up is right by neighbours picnic table or Id give this place higher review. Free wifi in lounge is really well used. Fair price for laundry. Visitors pay $5/person, including children, to use the pool. Wilderness area is worth considering to desert like Arizona area for those that prefer clear open parking and Cottonwood area provides sheltering, so there is something for everyone. Avoid cottonwood area in spring as there are stickies everywhere. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The site was good. SOme staff are nice except for one guy that goes around the site. He is rude and arrogant. He just wants everybody to go to sleep at 10 pm.We were treated like kids. We're family of 3 and we were not noisy at all. We we're just talking and the kids were just having fun and we've been told to shut down. We know the rules. We even went a little bit further from our site and see if we are loud but we were not loud at all! An this guy keep checking on us! He is miserable, cranky and rude! Not recommending this site at all. And this is more expensive than any better sites. You have to pay to take a shower...the fees are too much!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE...
Very classy. Not to expensive and close to the river for leisure. City is near by like 5 min away. Great stay. Will be again before school starts.
My family spent the August long weekend at this camp ground. The staff were friendly to us and the pool was a hit with our 5 year old. We were in the wilderness area. 5 times over the weekend people walked right through our site from the river. Right past us like it shouldn't be an issue one woman came through with 2 large dogs off leash. She pulled that stunt twice. The traffic noise was a bit much. Also the play ground equipment needs to be replaced badly. We did enjoy our stay but there are a few things that could stand more attention.
