I'm a long time Safeway shopper so the stakj know me Today, in the meat department, I was given advice on what to BBQ and the best price. You still get your bags packed which is worth the extra you pay. Why did you stop charging for shopping carts? I did my own survey and people are so cheap they would take the cart back for 25c: now it's free and the carts are all over the place. But staff and produce is usually great. Thanks Safeway.
I stopped by to pick up real vanilla and see how many varieties they had. I found 4 different brands of real vanilla including one from Madagascar and an organic brand. I have Mexican vanilla at home which they do not carry. The store was super clean and staff attentive and friendly. Great place to shop and the attention to detail and nice wide well stocked lanes made it a pleasure to pick up groceries there. They carry several brands of the same product giving one a nice selection to choose from. There is a Star Bucks inside as well.
All the products in the store are really good. If you are looking for good quality, this is the place to go. When things arent on sale it is definitely not the cheapest place, but sales here can be amazing. My only true complaint is the same as with almost all Safeway locations: they have a shortage of employees to be found other than the tills to help you if you are trying to find stuff.
Use the pharmacy and but groceries there. Have always been very helpful. Staff are very friendly. Need the grocery baggers to pack a little better. Don't pack what fits-pack according to delicacy and what fits. So it costs an extra bag for better service.

CAME UP FOR MY YEARLY VISIT FROM SPOKANE TO MY HOMETOWN AND HE CAME THROUGH ONCE AGAIN FOR ME ORDERING ME 3 BOXES OF MY ONION AND GARLIC POTATO CHIPS TO TAKE BACK.
